1992 D Nickel Reverse Error?

  1. Anyone know if this is a common error or an actual mint error at that? Thanks in advance.

    It's not an error it is Post Mint Damage.
    Interesting that part of the Monticello is present in the center design.

    It's DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged

    Someone altered the Reverse after it left the Mint.

    Not a mint error of any kind.
