If you are referring to the BIE in LIBERTY, this is a fairly common error on Lincoln Cents, caused by a die chip. It doesn't really add much value to the coin but it's a nice addition to your collection. The date looks normal. It would have some value if you have a reverse with the close AM (in AMERICA). Your photos are too small for me to tell what you have. Please post a clear closeup of the word AMERICA.
