1992 D Column Doubling on reverse. Opinions please

    The left side of the Memorial as well as the left 6 columns appear to be doubled at the top. I'm not sure what, if anything is going on on the right.

    That is the way I'm leaning. heartbeat sped up when I saw it but the longer I looked....
