1992 cams or not

sometimes i can look at these and go nope no good but 99% of the time its mmm maybe i know it should be easier than that but its how i see them any help greatly appreciated these 2 are from about 25 i kept out of a bank box. thank you

A quite rare piece, the 92 cams are really hard to see with marginal pictures
Come out in the light,try again and select ‘full image’ before you post
