I was searching through my misc. drawer and found a few items tucked in the back corner. The first is a coin, 1992 10 Kina Butterfly in a pendant holder. I'm trying to find info on this coin. PCGS shows 1 coin PR69DCAM https://www.pcgs.com/valueview/papua-new-guinea/1992-10-kina-butterfly-au-dcam/1486?sn=720661&h=pop Should I attempt selling "As is" or remove from pendant clasp? There appears to be a thin film of lacquer on the coin. I, also cannot find any value for the coin.
You keep your gold coins tucked in the back of a drawer? I tend to keep them in a safe place so they won't get lost!
Yes, sorry I usually note it so you don't have to follow a link but this time I forgot. I think it's an extremely attractive coin, in a nice simple pendant. I personally really like it.
I have a lifetime full of the unexpected location of items hiding in the corners of drawers, small boxes, storage containers, etc. I put 10 $100 bills in an envelope and placed it a secret spot where I would remember the location and forgot about for 10 years until I accidentally found it last year.
