    I'm pretty sure this came out of a proof set. I got it from a friend. Just wanting to see if I'm right on it. Thank for you opinions.

    Yes you would be correct. The flat squared rim and mirrored fields are give aways.... That and the 91-S was a proof only issue.

    I really hate to see someone handling a proof like that with their bare hands. It doesn't take much to get a fingerprint on it, and the oil from your skin can cause damage to it.
