1991-P Quarter w Discrepancies

I’m referring to the obverse reeding marks across the head and also what looks like something similar in front of the mouth...

    On the front I can see reeding marks where your coin was hit by the reeding of another coin. The rest of the gouges? Lord knows. 28 years in circulation will mess you up...lol
