1991 nickel error ??

    CT World I'm at it again and need your help. Would you consider this to be an error?
    Doubling. 1991 p nickel has a star on the D in "GOD", the W in "we" is missing a portion, alot of doubling, and the first 9 in 1991 has a hook

    All damage, so not an error. Looks like it may have laid in some acidic solution on the reverse side.
