1991-D Cent Misaligned Die?

Found this today, wider rim on west side of obverse and reverse. I did some research which said that misaligned die strikes affect one side only. Can both the anvil die and hammer die be misaligned and create a coin like this? Or, is this just a slightly off-center strike? Thanks for looking.

That's what I would call it.

Slightly Misaligned Strike on Obverse. Really slight on Reverse... I have seen many like these.

Had a bad shadow on reverse pic, this one a bit better.

Not an off-center, both dies are misaligned, and in different directions.

Thanks everyone for your input. And thanks a lot Rick for sending me the details from Wexler's DDR-003. I will research that further. ;);)
