Not sure what the area above AMERICA is...also, on the obverse below Lincoln, there is no rim at all. I added a close up image of the area below Lincoln.
the reverse face looks like a CUD with split plating damage because of it just above AMERICA. the edge is probably just damage.
This does not look like a cud to me. It looks damaged. You can see zinc on the right hand side under the cut and a faint line goes from the bottom onto the rim.
