Can't make out the date but you see the one and the nine, the pictures are not blurred that's the way the coin looks especially on the obverse. The reverse looks okay. There's no hit marks on the rim and it's coming from the rim that's why I think it's a giant cud. How do you even search something like this. I began with googling cud.
