My wife found this dime while coin searching tonight. It appears to be an extra stem, located just above the bottom right stem on the left olive branch, and is fully raised as high as the other stems. This doesn't seem to be a die crack as it begins at the main stem and ends at the leaf.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. IMG_20140722_170035_666.jpg

I was thinking along the lines of a die crack as well but it seemed strange that it goes from the main stem to the leaf perfectly with no break and no extra metal beyond that...

Looks like a well placed die chip.

Thanks for the replies. I'll consider it a really cool spot for an error and hope someone with more money than sense offers me a million for it. ;)
