A lot can be determined about a newbie via the responses they give.</p><p><br /></p><p>Regardless of how long someone has been on an open forum and regardless of what their knowledge level might be, thick skin is a REQUIREMENT! Few people know or will ever meet some of the posters and some of the respondents.
