1990 no mint mark

    Hi I found this 1990 no mint mark coin. It seems not to be centered right. Would this be a error coin. Thank you

    #1 - No Mint Mark means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint
    #2 - It is a MAD - MisAligned Die Strike.. Very common issue

    Nothing major but thanks for sharing

    Technically, Yes it is an error. But it is a very minor one. If you actively search your change you will find a lot of them.
