    I have a 1990 no mint mark Lincoln penny that has his initials are double dyed in his hair cut.

    The valuable no mint mark Lincoln cent from 1990 is a Proof. Unfortunately you do not have a Proof there, so the value is 1 cent.

    I wish they kept P mintmark off coins. Since they founded the mint, Philly was the main place, so coins needed a mintmark only if minted at a branch mint.
