But perhaps what you don&#039;t understand is this.</p><p><br /></p><p>Say you get a coin graded by ANACS, you look at the coin and say no way that coin&#039;s an MS66. It&#039;s an MS63 at best ! So you send it back in to ANACS for them to review their grade.
