Not quite sure what you mean by - might shed some light on ANACS. You posted a link to their guarantee, OK, we all knew about that. But so what ? Their guarantee is pretty much like anybody else's. And they all say the same thing in regard to grading. But perhaps what you don't understand is this. Say you get a coin graded by ANACS, you look at the coin and say no way that coin's an MS66. It's an MS63 at best ! So you send it back in to ANACS for them to review their grade. (It works the same way with all the other grading companies too.) They look at the coin, say - Yup, that's an MS66. Now what do ya do ?
It's not quite that simple, PCGS and NGC have higher grading standards than ANACS. So, you buy an ANACS MS70 and submit it to one of them...it might only grade a 68 or a 69 and then all the profit is lost.
