1990 Lincoln penny potential error penny

    Can someone please tell me if the penny is rare or not? I was looking through my change when I saw the penny had weird layers on the STATES and the OF

    Wear & tear, die deterioration and plating issues. Not an error though.

    Most people that post the 1990 are looking for the rare one yours is as @tommyc03 stated here's a pic of one you can see the differents.

    Welcome to Coin Talk @Jaydabug004 ! Fellow error hunter here! I hope you have a great time here and can learn a lot. The first thing to do is to learn about the minting process and how it is possible for the errors you want to hunt for to be made. First piece of advice I got and it has helped me immensely!
