Was coinroll searching and foind this coin i see a double bowtie i think anb the mint date is under upside down underneath secon 9 on date but im not sure if this is error r damage or what it seems off center what is your opinion ?
These plated jobs really don't hold up all that well. These imperfections you're trying to describe are just circulation wear and tear.
Damage.. D mint marks on copper plated zinc planchets.. when the plating is compromised they suffer ugly issues
