1990 D Double Die

    Correct me if i am wrong but i think i just found a 1990 D Double Die Obverse Cent.

    Yes.
    You are wrong. That is not a Doubled Die variety.

    FYI.. The correct numismatic terminology is Doubled Die, not double die.
    Big difference.

    It is a copper plated zinc planchet. Looks like a post mint issue on the plating around the date and mint mark.

    That is split plate doubling and can only happen with Coper coated zinc planchets.
