Wife brought this home in her tip money last night. It's nice and crisp. Shows some minor folds but not very prominent. Corners are pretty good too. I was surprised to see how nice it was after 32 years. She had another one that looked much more used.
Very nice condition for it’s age. Probably sat in someone’s collection until his wife wanted a night out for dinner.
Why does everybody assume the bill was printed in and/or released in 1999? Pls. educate me (assuming it’s still possible!)
The note in the OP was Printed in June 2000. It is series 1999. My original post was for a 1990 series with the same s/n that was listed in the OP. Guess I should have looked a little closer before responding.

Look at the signature combination. Withrow/Summers were only found on Series 1999 $20. Doesn't matter what it looks like like, 1999 is what it is. Series 2009 were signed by Rios/Geithner
They sure did but the series date is on the bill to the bottom left of the center, right where it should be.
