199? Lincoln Cent missing letters, numbers

Hello I have a 199 Lincoln penny with no ment only having 3 digits yes I have read what little knowledge there is about the penny and I know that all may not be true but read across something that cought my attention stating 3 specific keys that cold make this penny more valuable than it just may seem 1 being only having 3 digit date with last digit missing 2 having no ment 3 no date...well the penny I have has only 3 digits on date with last number missing and no ment.....is there any one who may know more than I do??
