    I wonder why this coin has a code as VD2 or something written in his bicep is there anyone who can explain that code? Screenshot_20190620-153853.png

    I think what @eric6794 was trying to say here is that the VDB initials were originally on the reverse of the Lincoln cent (in 1909). They were removed for a few years, but later replaced and moved to the obverse, below the bust, in 1918, as the Wikipedia article states. So as the previous two respondents mentioned, that's what you have there: the "VDB" initials of Victor David Brenner, the original designer of the coin.
