so the A looks doubled to the north little to the right M looks like "M over M" E split serif's it looks like it to me. I know the coin looks horible
The E doesn't have a serif, so I believe the word you're looking for would be notching. Even though the coin isn't what you had hoped, it's still kind of neat and could serve as an example of confusing "doubling". Better yet is that if you look at it the right way, you're learning from this experience and in this context could be considered a great find.
