It doesn't look like an RPM to me more like MD.

 

Yours is strike doubling. Look at the vertical part of the D. Pick a side for the second image. You can't have both sides, as shown here, that would be greedy for an RPM.

Can we see full obverse and reverse pictures of the coin? It’s hard to make a correct diagnosis based on thumbnails of a mint mark with no other diagnostic information. Thanks.
