I got this on my change from my local CVS store last night, at first I thought it was just dirty so I tried cleaning it up a bit. When I tried to look for double die, was surprised to see the details of the crack and what seems to be, maybe alloy/copper leaking ?

The "cuts" on Washington's face is kinda gory looking because of the leaks.

Also, on the right side, not sure what's going on there specially how it affects the "Y" IMG_5172.JPG IMG_5175.JPG IMG_5174.JPG IMG_5173.JPG

I know it looks different and strange.. All I see is a damaged Quarter.
Nothing you see has anything to do with a Mint Error.

I think it may just be PMD but, @paddyman98?

    Thanks,

That bit between L and I is a PMD? Also the "Y" that looks to be struck on a raise area.

  6. Double Die

Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

    Looks like melted ice cream.
