I am new to the coin collecting community here and just began hunting through pocket change for winners. So here is my first post sharing what I found last night going through some change I found out of my couch. It’s a 1988 P Nickel with what I believe to be an error in the writing on the bottom left of the tails side of the coin. It appears the N and I in the word “United” have been fused together making an M. Is this considered a legit error coin? Is there something I missed that’s also an error on this coin? Is it valuable to collectors and if so, how much would you say it goes for? Any input would be greatly appreciated so I can learn from the pros. Thank you! - Picone
