1987 D GW Quarter - Reverse Rim Error Questions ?

    Hi guys,

    I have this 1987 D George Washington Quarter and would like to know what is going on with the Reverse Rim? The reverse rim on the top is very minimal and the reeding appears to roll over onto the rim.
