So then he noticed they booked </b></p><p><b>around $1,200 in High Mint State 67 or 68.</b></p><p><b>So he knew it was worth cracking both Rolls open knowing that</b></p><p><b>he bought the Rolls back in 1986 from a bank so the coins were &quot;Mint State&quot;</b></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>So we have 100 Mint State Pennies. they will all grade </b></p><p><b>MS 66 RED - MS 70 RED </b><b>without a problem !</b></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>This particular penny had a lower print run, and from what I&#039;am told</b></p><p><b>that the pennies are tough to grade due to die hits to the stairs</b></p><p><b>and blistering effect problems with the dies.</b></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Anyways after going through the pennies we noticed</b></p><p><b>a couple of pennies had mis-aligned die strikes.</b></p><p><b>The whole penny back (Monument Side) is not straight.</b></p><p><b>So if you were holding a penny with it perfectly straight and flip</b></p><p><b>it over you would see the Monument is not straight, its tilted !</b></p><p><b>Mis-aligned Die Strike Error.</b></p><p><b>Anyways the Monument is tilted on a angle with it being off</b></p><p><b>20 - 30 degrees off from perfect centering.</b></p><p><b>We found 3 pennies like this....does anyone have any info</b></p><p><b>on this Die Strike ? Is it Rare ?
