A reeded edge of a dime on a cent would be more pronounced. Yours would be a worn collar or planchet flaw on the egde. There once was a mystery reeded CENT found. Don't ask me how it happened because nobody could figure it out. Here is the picture.

That's interesting...here's a verified authentic reeded IHC, presumably a pattern. You might notice that the reeding extends beyond the normal rim. Therefore, it was struck in a reeded collar--for reasons unknown.
There are actually 2 reeded edge 1865 cent patterns: J-403a and J-405. The only difference is the alloy (copper vs copper/nickel).
On#7 photo Is the rim is over lapping the edge on both sides. like a Oreo cookie? If so that is something strange cents do not hang over like that. I noticed that part right off.
