1986 doubled ear?

found this one this evening. what's the verdict?

Edit: My vote is maybe, since this isn't my forte and I'm surprised at what is and is not a DDO these days.

 

I've never heard of a 1986 doubled ear. It probably isn't but it doesn't look like a hit or pmd.

I know the topic is double ear but do you mind if I just ask what are and what causes the markings that are on his forehead.
Hope you dont mind me asking..

 

I hadn't even noticed that. Maybe a die crack above the eyebrow but there is a lump to the west side. I don't know.

 

that is the design if you are talking about southeast of the ear.

 

As far as what i'm seeing in the ear it's right below the earlobe and a little to the right.
