It looks like a gouge. I can see coin metal pushed up along the edge.

From what I'm seeing, no (is it raised?) The last pic looks like it could be a lamination, common with these zinc coins. That said, I'm not an "errors" guy, so wait for others to comment.

  4. It’s uncirculated, just opened a roll of this 1986-D

It's actually the opposite. No laminations on Copper plated zinc coins. Only common on Copper Cents.

  6. Mr Paddyman, thanks for your info, so is there any value in it? Is that a normal error?

Would you like to know how much it is worth? If so, look it up on Etsy. ~ Chris

I see doubling, of a sort, but die crack ; can't tell .............................

Get Linux Operating System. Free, faster, invisible to virus, malware, spyware, etc.

You can put it (it will put ITSELF) on a computer withOUT touching your Windows partition, and you'll still be able to choose Linux or Windows @ every start-up. But you'll never go back to Windows ;)

    lol paddy ...

I had a virus try to attack my Linux once , couple years ago.

Best it could do was to add 'digits' to a folder that I had opened on my desktop. Wish I'd had video + datalog.

    Made me lol................

If you're scared of Linux (scared to NOT be handcuffed by Windows or by Apple), just load FireFox Browser IN Windows.

Internet Explorer is a 'filth' magnet. Worse than any Corona panic-garbage ;) .

I think, because of the light impression in the area of the “crack”, it might be a planchet flaw.

I personally think it appears to be a plating bubble.
