    I thought I posted to this earlier.

    The US Mint stopped striking coins for other countries in 1984.

    that could be so, but who's to say that a coin could of got stuck in the machine and finally got loose in the process of minting the 1986 cents, in the history of mint errors ..this has happen before. im just saying my friend @Condor101

    The US mint never struck a foreign coin with that shape and size in the 70s and 80s
