    Hi guys,

I have this 1985 Roosevelt Dime and would like to know what is happening with the obverse rim on the upper right side of this dime? The rim is split at some points and then there is a solid metal piece between the splits. Can someone explain what this is please?

Is this possibly also a collar clash? Or just a MAD?
