    what about 2 coins one stuck in collar first coin fully stuck in collar then a blank landed on top and dented the coin when struck then the coin still in collar was struck over without the stray blank coin thus making a normal coin except for the endented rim in the field area. then the feeder finger bumbed it out of the collar leaving behind the ding' you see!
