    Cuds always involve the rim of the coin. Looks like a die chip.

    As mentioned, circulation wear but also it looks like it was weakly struck with a worn die, so it didn't take much to wear away the devices.

    Basically it's damaged but the coin was struck slightly off to one side. Not enough to get excited about.

    True just couldn't tell about the foot more than anything becuse its not flat and the lines of the arrow in-between does look damaged thought it may have been a bad strike of the foot but quess just all pmd.
