I recently found this floating around in a drawer. I've had it for about ten years.
These are the best photos I could get with my phone.

I'm trying hard. It's been a long time since I've tried to photograph a coin.

It would probably look a lot better if you removed it from that 2x2.

It looks like the clash was deep enough to hit the bridge of FDR's nose and under his ear down the jaw line, too.

I would think about 25-30 bucks. IMO.

I really like it!! Clashes like that are not easy to come by.

Tough to put a value on a clash like this. It's bold enough to bring a nice price if the right collectors are in the room bidding. That's not easy to do so the price can be anywhere. Really nice coin.

Holy Guacamole !!!:woot::woot::wideyed::wideyed: downloadfile.jpg Thats by far the strongest clash ive seen on a roosevelt. Having the date clashed like that is pretty rare but i can also see the P mint mark!
Look at all the letter transfer !! Wowowowow
He has a broken nose too! That could bring a pretty penny ! Wonder what @mikediamond would say about this one ????

OP- is that the outline of a secondary 8 to the north of the 8 in the date?? I think i see the same effect on the 9 also hmmmmmmm

I can't tell, but it seems there's something there.

Having just received great overlay photos, I have given my dime a much closer look.
On the obverse I can clearly see the images of the ONE in ONE DIME and E PL in E PLURIBUS UNUM, as well as some of the olive/leaves in FDR's ear, neck and eye.
On the reverse I can clearly see the images of OD and ST in IGWT as well as the 19 of the date and the P mint mark.
I don't know if these things can all be seen in the photos I've posted here. They are the best I can get from my phone. I'll try to get them cropped closer to show the areas I've listed above.
