1985 Mexican 50 pesos

    I was wondering if this is true doubled die on 50. Also wondering about reading error if it's common or not. I am not sure if rim could be damage but up until 10 minutes ago this was sealed in Franklin mint sheet and according to coa was supposed to be uncurculated from mint.     Not seeing a DDO, the edge looks like it may be a tilted partial collar, and it does look to be struck from misaligned dies.

    sorry , it looks like Mechanical doubling on the coin, Notice the objects in the bottom photo, the right side is smashed down. In a true DD, the width would be greater, the original mark and the 2nd overlying part of the original, Jim

    Thanks for the info really wasn't sure what to think, especially on the 0. I see 4 different layers was hoping at least one was a true dd. Oh well maybe sometime.
