    No. You can clearly see where it was gouged. Just damage.
    A die crack would be above the field of the coin. Not dug into it.

    You can see raised, displaced metal either side of a gouge. A die crack would be incuse on the die and would leave a raised line on the coin

    That looks more like a Linear Plating Bubble on the Reverse to me.
    The Obverse is a big scratch.
