    just found this yesterday. i do not coin collect so i dont know if this is something i need to have checked out. or forget about it. something going on with the R in liberty. 1984p kennedy half

    It's damage - there's a 'hit' on
    that R, and you can see the same
    'hit' on the rim of the coin above it.
