1984 Doubled Ear and Adams Apple Discovery

I just found this coin roll hunting. It looks like the 1988 Doubled Ear. Do I have a coin of great value? It is for sure a double ear!! Any help on what to do with it would be greatly appreciated. It also appears he has a double adams apple

It isnt the doubled ear everyone knows about, but it looks like the 88. So what is it then?
