    Try to think why it would be anything else ?
    most everything "different" is damage as damage is unlimited by unlimited methods. Errors are very limited.

    Welcome to Coin Talk.
    Zinc rot that bubbled. 1984 cent is copper plated over a zinc core. If the copper is damaged exposing the zinc core, it will corrode. You can see more on the coat.
