    A deteriorated die will show you the devices spreading toward the rim. Further confirmation is when you see "doubling" on both sides of devices, as you can clearly see on your first two images

    Die deterioration. As noted, the devices, especially those towards the rim, are distorted and mushy. Some parts may appear thin while other parts of the device is wide. Normal die wear and presently at an LDS/VLDS stage.
