is this within tolerance? 1984 D weighs between 2.62 grams and 2.63 grams. Why is this? The 1988 and 1984 D are the same width all the way around and the 1988 weighs 2.53 grams, which I know is within tolerance. IMG_3780.JPG IMG_3778.JPG IMG_3777.JPG IMG_3776.JPG

I always drop the 1983 and the 1983 D to listen for a different tones. I heard a slightly different tone with the 1983 D.

The tolerance is actually 0.13g by law, so your cents are just on the heavy side of okay.

I have a problem with my ears with high pitch noise. It is hereditary. That is why I can hear and the difference so well. Hi pitch noise physically hurts me. My sister and niece also have the same problem. It only runs in immediate family members. I don't remember what it is called and it is a very long word.
