yeah found this 1984 Canada 1 cent in change today which makes the second Non-US coin I have found this year

overall the coin is in pretty good condition and goes into my collection with my other change finds

Nice find. Way back we would see them more frequent than we do today. I have a lot of silver Canadians also. Do you find many Canadian coins these days? I don't do roll hunting.

I found a 1944 Canadian Silver Quarter Metal Detecting 2 weeks ago.

Being closer to the Canadian border (MT), I get their coins in change all of the time and merchants treat them just like US coins, as far as value is concerned.
