What type of magnet are you using? Have you weighed it? It appears to be an ordinary worn cent, and NO on the double ear. Google double ear cents and study the photos. While there are many different types considered to be double ear, your's is not one of them.
I used a really small cheap magnet and tried it on several pennies. The reason I thought it may be double ear is to the right lower of the earlobe. I haven't had a chance to weigh it
It's a Environmental Damaged Copper Plated Zinc Cent. No need to weigh it. I have a magic trick where a Copper plated zinc cent is coated with a ferromagnetic substance to make it stick to a magnet. It's a novelty item.. Not a mint error of any kind.
