1983d one rpm the other is driving me crazy die clash rotated double or struck on foreign planchet

The 83 D is showing some die derioration doubling around the date and MM. If actually does weigh 3.12 grams then that is the avenue to follow up on and ignore the date doubling.

Both of the 89's are showing stronger die deterioration than the 83 does.

 

Did you weigh it like I asked you to do?
Show a picture of the 1983 Cent on your gram scale.

No I realize I through it in 134 83d and 83p pennys so I have to go over them one at a time weighing them and making sure the one I took is the same yes yes I know organize my stuff more better

I see no lamination. Most likely circulation damage.

Oh and the 82 you sure it's not that error where something over polished over the mint mark

 

The 1982 looks like circulation damage.
