Has anyone seen a 1983 mint set with a certificate of authenticity that says its a limited edition mint set? Not a souvenirs set.. 20190522_060813.jpg 20190522_055631.jpg 20190522_055944.jpg 20190522_055744.jpg

Seen one, did the mint not distribute them by mail, they call it a Souvenir Gift Shop Set-10 Coins?

Congrats my man! I hit your name by accident and see you have just over 20,000 likes. You're also 8 posts away from 45,000. Way to go. That airplane in your avatar has you zipping around! :)

Looks like it was put together by a third party.

According to The Red Book "A bronze Mint medal is packaged with each set". The set posted was, as others have said, put together by a third party.

"The Mint had halted production of its annual uncirculated sets in 1982 and 1983 due to federal budget cuts, and a gripping economic recession that peaked in late 1982"
This was created by a third party. A real souvenir set is below.
