1983 Penny

    I was going through some coins and found this 1983 penny with this die chip and raised ridge on the B in liberty. The raised ridge at the bottom of the B is what looked odd to me.

    I'm not completely sure but it looks like there is a plating blister inside the bottom opening of the B that might be pushing it out.
