Needs to be high MS to have any value really as there is tons of them. Although since they weren't issued in mint sets they are a conditional rarity in very high MS grades.
Common, worth a quarter if spent at face value. Worth less if melted for metal content, which is against the law. It's worn and well circulated. If you notice the round circular pattern just above the mintmark, through the O & U in the motto and under the word "Liberty", that is PMD. It's caused by a rolling machine.
